PM Laptop Scheme Phase 4 Pakistan
Phase 4, started in April 2025, is part of the PMYP’s Digital Youth Hub. It targets students
across Pakistan, with a special 18% quota for Balochistan & 5% for distance learners (Virtual
University, AIOU). Laptops are distributed through universities after verification, starting
around October 31, 2025, in some regions.
PM Laptop Scheme Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, students must have these:
● Enrolled in a public sector university or degree-awarding institute recognized by HEC
(not private colleges).
● Studying in a PhD, MS/MPhil, or 4/5-year bachelor’s program (including BS, MBBS,
BDS, MBA).
● Academic performance: at least 60% marks (annual system) or 2.8 CGPA (semester
system).
● Must have a CNIC or B-Form.
● Not eligible:
○ Private university students.
○ Those who received laptops in earlier PM or CM schemes.
○ Students completing their degree before distribution.
○ Foreign nationals.
○ 1st-year BS students in some cases, unless specified by HEC.
